Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Ank Automation System Repairs services. The conditions of our contract with you, our client, and Ank Automation System are contained in this paper. We regretfully cannot offer our services if you do not accept these terms and conditions.


Any client belongings not gathered within: Thirty days following notification, collect (and services have yet to be paid for). We currently reserve the right to dispose of or utilize the machine, its components, and any related peripherals as we see fit.

Our Warranty Does Not Cover This

The warranty does not offer coverage after Ank Automation System fixes or replaces the item in the following situations:

● Following improper handling or use, which results in the frame bending, twisting, or cracking and dropping ● Water harm ● Subsequent unintentional or intentional drops ● Internal hardware tampering -Damage brought on by failed customer fixes. ● Jailbroken devices, unrelated new damages, unrelated software problems, unrelated original repairs ● Customers are urged to back up all data before attempting any repairs to prevent data loss, virus reinfection, and damage from power outages or surges

Time and delivery for repairs

Although Ank Automation System will use reasonable efforts to deliver fixed equipment on schedule, it cannot guarantee that your repair service will be finished in a certain amount of time. Ank Automation System disclaims responsibility for any service interruptions or delays brought on by outside factors. In its sole discretion, Ank Automation System reserves the right to refuse to perform the requested repairs or services and to return the customer's money.

Loss of Data

The customer acknowledges that it is the customer's responsibility to perform the following tasks before Ank Automation System services any of the customer's equipment:

● Back up all data, software, information, or other files stored on the customer's computer disc drives, peripherals, MP3 player, DVD player, camcorder, digital camera, or on any other electronic storage device; and ● Remove all videotapes, compact discs, floppy discs, laser discs, cassettes, DVDs, film, or other media from the customer's the loss, disclosure, alteration, or corruption of any data, software, information, files, videotapes, compact discs, floppy discs, laser discs, cassettes, DVDs, film, or other media shall not, in any event, make us accountable, unless clearly stated above.
